Dishwasher

Responsibilities/Requirements:

Full-Time (Wednesday-Saturday) 3:00pm-close
Operating dish machine and 3-well station
Practice cleanliness and sanitation standards
Pre service and Post service clean up
Maintaining an organized and clean station

Host/Hostess

Responsibilities/Requirements:

Part-Time (Wednesdays & Saturdays) 3:30pm-close
Greeting guests, managing reservations/seating chart and bar seating
Handling carry out orders
Answering phone calls
Clear, clean, and reset tables
Pre-Shift and Post-Shift Sidework

Server

Responsibilities/Requirements:

Part-Time (Wednesday - Saturday) 3:30pm-close
Anticipating guests needs, taking orders accurately and promptly
Must have knowledge of food and beverage menu
Pre-Shift and Post-Shift Sidework
Learn and execute steps of service

Line Chef

Responsibilities/Requirements:

Full-Time (Wednesday- Saturday) 2pm-close. 40hrs/week
Made from scratch kitchen
Prep work/working hot line station during service.
Serve Safe Certification and Experience is required
Pre-Shift and Post-Shift Sidework and Breakdown
Work directly with Sous Chef and Executive Chef with daily specials
