Chef's Kitchen

Dishwasher

Responsibilities/Requirements:

  • Full-Time (Wednesday-Saturday) 3:00pm-close

  • Operating dish machine and 3-well station

  • Practice cleanliness and sanitation standards

  • Pre service and Post service clean up

  • Maintaining an organized and clean station

Restaurant Table

Host/Hostess

Responsibilities/Requirements:

  • Part-Time (Wednesdays & Saturdays) 3:30pm-close

  • Greeting guests, managing reservations/seating chart and bar seating

  • Handling carry out orders

  • Answering phone calls

  • Clear, clean, and reset tables

  • Pre-Shift and Post-Shift Sidework

Restaurant Table

Server

Responsibilities/Requirements:

  • Part-Time (Wednesday - Saturday) 3:30pm-close

  • Anticipating  guests needs, taking orders accurately and promptly

  • Must have knowledge of food and beverage menu

  • Pre-Shift and Post-Shift Sidework

  • Learn and execute steps of service

Line Chef

Responsibilities/Requirements:

  • Full-Time (Wednesday- Saturday) 2pm-close.  40hrs/week 

  • Made from scratch kitchen

  • Prep work/working hot line station during service.

  • Serve Safe Certification and Experience is required

  • Pre-Shift and Post-Shift Sidework and Breakdown

  • Work directly with Sous Chef and Executive Chef with daily specials
